A: Wink Fasteners has a $75.00 Minimum Order and $4.00 per line item order.
Q: How do we ship our product?
A: Wink Fasteners ships in corrugated boxes via UPS standard or expedited services. We can also arrange export orders.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Returns must be pre-authorized by Wink Fasteners and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Specialty Items or Custom Fasteners have a 100% cancellation/return fee if the material has been purchased or if they are in production.
Q: What forms of payment does Wink Fasteners offer?
A: We offer real-time on-line acceptance of VISA, MasterCard and American Express. Net 30 terms are available on initial orders of $250.00 upon approval of credit.
